Pastor Billy, is a South African born Indian, with a miraculous testimony of his birth. He has ministered locally and globally, traveling extensively in America, South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Canada, Russia. Raise His Praise ministry base is located in Atlanta, Georgia - USA.

There is a distinct multi-level anointing upon him as conference speaker, teacher, prophet, singer, musician and song writer. You will have an encounter with the Father’s love as God uses him to gently draw you into His presence. This ministry flows in the prophetic, healing, signs, wonders and miracles

Pastor Billy has shared platforms with Bishop TD Jakes, Dr. Miles Munroe, CeCe Winans, Tramaine Hawkins, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Kim Clement, Israel Houghton, Jonathan Butler and other renowned and respected ministries and public servants from Congressman to City Councilor.

	Co-directed the music for worship during Cape Town’s Jesus ‘92 crusade with Benny Hinn Ministries.
	Served the Mayor of Cape Town, as Music Convener for 50,000 citizens who attended ‘March for Jesus 96’ to pray for the first ever local government elections in the history of South Africa.
	Served on the Executive Committee of Vision South Africa 1997, in association with the Billy Graham Evangelical Association that hosted a twin city crusade in South Africa, attended by 207,975 people.
	Served on the youth commission of TEASA - The Evangelical Alliance of South Africa in 1997.
	Pastoral advisor for Youth for Christ’s international music ministry ‘Khanyisa’ since 1983.
	Pioneered the first branch of Bethesda (Church of God) in Cape Town, South Africa in 1985.
	Served on Promise Keepers steering committee to South Africa in 1997.
	Music Chairman for Parents in Prayer with Students in Atlanta, GA. 1999
	Ordained minister with the International Fellowship of Christian Churches.
	Affiliate minister of Evangel Fellowship International.
	Served on the board of directors for Nashville based Lighthearted Comedy.

Pastor Donnella Billy, is an ordained minister who travels and co-ministers with her husband as an anointed speaker at Worship and Women’s Conferences.

She has a tender passion for prayer, and delivers practical motivational messages for straining marriages and dysfunctional families. Her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and the needs of people enables her to minister with precision and tenderness. She ministers to the heart, bringing healing and restoring hope.
